CB031351My husband and I were a little hesitant about buying a “lose weight fast program“; he knew I had tried Jenny Craig and that I failed miserably after spending hundreds of dollars. He himself had always been in shape; he was into bodybuilding when I met him, but he kinda’ let go of the weights but kept himself in O.K. shape. He was only about 25 lbs. overweight versus my 50 lbs., and he would occasionally go on his tuna and egg white diets to lose extra pounds – yuck!

After researching the Internet for a few days we finally took the plunge! We had been considering Nutrisystem, but we came to the conclusion that we could buy the “Fat Loss 4 Idiots” program for less than 40 bucks and both of us could use it instead of each paying close to 300 dollars a month for the Nutrisystem meals.

So we bought the “Idiots” program! In the process, we looked at quite a few other weight loss programs out there and found there were many proven systems; what it all boiled down to was – we had to find one that would fit our lifestyle.

I came to the conclusion that with all the amazing fat loss programs out there, a person should match their lifestyle and goals to the actual program. For example, the extremely popular “Turbulence Training” fat loss program, which involves intense weight lifting would not benefit a middle aged person who mostly power-walks for exercise.

We picked “Fat Loss For Idiots” because it appeared to be an effective weight loss diet plan for normal everyday people like us. We researched endlessly, took a chance – I’m glad we made the right choice!

Lose Weight Fast Programs Really Do Work

42-15530490Hi, thanks for stopping by, and welcome to my blog.  It’s taken me a few months to get the courage up to start this “lose weight fast programs” review site, but with the help of my husband, I’ve begun to learn about all this website mumbo-jumbo and HTML, at least enough to start this site.

I spent a few years trying to figure out how to get slimmer after the birth of my son.  I had gained about 50 lbs in the course of 5 years!  I tried to burn ab fat and lose thigh weight with all the latest fad diets such as “The Cabbage Soup Diet,” the “Three Day Diet,” but nothing worked – at least not for the long term.

I hit a low point about a year ago when after hoping to have another baby, I hesitated because I was worried I would get so fat I wouldn’t be able to rebound from the pregnancy.  My husband, bless him, gave me so much encouragement, and the truth is, he had gained a lot of weight too!

One Sunday, while my husband and I were drinking coffee at a local Starbucks, I read an article in the paper and expressed my shock to my husband about how a fat loss e-book program was changing the lives of many for the better.  I looked at my husband and he knew I was going to jump all over the internet when I got home to find out more information.
